When we don't live in the present state of "now" or feel a lack of love, loneliness or unhealthy attachments to family, the internal frequency of our physiology is lowered and causes dis-ease. As a result, imbalance is manifested on a physical level and eventually dis-ease appears, expressing through our bodies in the form of illness, pain and disorders.
